Remodelling and Repairs

Sinclair’s offers a jewellery remodelling and repair service and can restore your older pieces or give them a new sense of style. When you discuss your jewellery requirements with us, we listen, make suggestions from experience and supply detailed drawings of your design.

You are asked to consider the drawings and make changes if you wish. When you are happy with the design, we can produce a 3D print for your final approval. Work is crafted in our Ardross studio by our team of highly skilled and qualified jewellers. Our work is of superior quality, and we provide exceptional after sales support through our lifetime inspection and cleaning service.

Design and 3D Print Technology

Sinclair’s uses the latest CADCAM technology to design and manufacture its jewellery with minute precision. Our jewellery designers can draw hand sketches of your design and using the latest computer aided software produce a 3D model of your jewellery. Our process is interactive allowing for changes in your jewellery design. When you are happy, we can print a 3D scale proof in resin for your approval before manufacturing begins.

Sinclair’s has extensive knowledge in metallurgy, the branch of science and technology concerned with the properties of metals, their production and purification. In particular, experience with gold and platinum. We have two trademarked alloys PAGO and Silvadium.

Loose Diamonds

Sinclair’s has many years of experience in sourcing diamonds from all over the world. Our diamonds come fully certified with a GIA certificate of authenticity. We can work with you through our global network of suppliers to find the perfect diamond for you.

The search becomes even harder once you have found the diamond to know if you are getting true value for money and have made the right decision. Sinclair’s carries a dedicated range of bridal jewellery and has many ring styles available. We also specialise in the design and manufacture of exquisite hand-crafted diamond jewellery. Work is performed in our Ardross studio, by a team of highly skilled and qualified jewellers. All our engagement rings are beautiful, being versatile in design by combining your unique wishes and desires and our professionalism, to create that special look and feel of jewellery made by master craftsmen.

All jewellery made by Sinclair’s conforms to the highest standards of the industry. Each diamond and gemstone is personally selected by one of our certified gemmologists and every piece of jewellery is inspected, tested and guaranteed to be free from manufacturing faults. Our jewellery valuations give you peace of mind.

Sinclair’s can provide jewellery valuations for your valuables. Valuations usually take 1-2 hours and can be booked in our Ardross showroom. You will receive a certified valuation and technical report with photographic records on completion.

Valuations can be provided for retail replacement, divorce settlement, auction reserve, deceased estate, private sale or forced sale. We can provide diamond and gemstone grading and certification on request.
